The house is located in the charming district of Luís Carlos. As a historic and tourist village, local shops and restaurants usually experience increased activity on weekends and holidays. During the week, the area is extremely peaceful and quiet, ideal for focus and rest.

We are in a strategic spot for those looking to explore the region's off-road routes (bike, motorcycle, and trekking). The topography is typical of the countryside, with easy access but surrounded by nature.

We offer high-speed Wi-Fi, ready to support video meetings and remote work in case you need to combine your stay with productivity.

Being in a valley region and close to the woods, nights tend to be cooler. The fireplace is available to make your stay cozier (please check with us about firewood availability).

Your pet is very welcome! We only ask that you follow good practices of coexistence and hygiene to help preserve the space.

The Village of Luís Carlos is the historical heart of Guararema, famous for its well-preserved 19th-century architecture and picturesque, photogenic atmosphere. The greatest advantage of this house is being just 150 meters from the historic center, allowing you to forget the car and walk to the Train Station to see the Steam Locomotive or enjoy cozy cafés, ice cream shops, and traditional restaurants. On weekends, the village comes alive with cyclists and families seeking its nostalgic and peaceful atmosphere.

Guararema, known as the "Nature City," is located only 80 km from São Paulo and is renowned for its safety, cleanliness, and hospitality. Cut by the Paraíba do Sul River, the city offers immaculate parks and attractions all year round: from the mountain climate with fireplaces in winter to water activities in the summer. At the end of the year, the city transforms with the famous "Christmas City" event. It is the perfect destination for those seeking the tranquility of the countryside with full infrastructure.

HOW TO GET HERE

The main access is via the Ayrton Senna Highway (SP-070) or Presidente Dutra Highway (BR-116), followed by the Henrique Eroles Highway (SP-066).

Parking: Our property offers private spaces for 3 to 4 cars, a great advantage since parking on the village streets is usually restricted and paid (blue zone) on weekends and holidays.
