WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT OUR SPACE
The house is located in Massaguaçu, Caraguatatuba, on the northern coast of São Paulo, about 800 meters from Massaguaçu Beach — approximately a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by the greenery of Serra do Mar, and offers complete amenities: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and seafood restaurants are all less than 10 minutes away on foot, so there's no need to use the car for everyday needs.
The reserved space consists of 7 private suites within a modern house, which can be rented individually. This means other guests may be staying in the house at the same time, each in their own suite. Your suite accommodates 2 to 3 people, has a private bathroom inside the room, and comes with a TV, minibar, and ceiling fan.
Shared areas with other guests include: swimming pool, outdoor lounge area with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a lounge, as well as a kitchen, TV room, and dining room. The outdoor space is the main highlight of the house — spacious, sunny, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
We provide Wi-Fi throughout the house, with a router installed in the living room covering all areas. We supply complete bed linen (sheet, blanket, and pillows) and bath towels. Suite cleaning takes place after check-out.
IMPORTANT: breakfast is not included — however, the shared kitchen is available for you to prepare your meals. We do not offer parking spaces, as it would compromise the common areas; the street is quiet and usually has spaces available.

The house has 7 suites rented individually, with common areas shared among all guests: pool area with tables and sun loungers, game room, kitchen, TV room and dining room. We ask for respect and good coexistence with the other occupants throughout the stay.
CAPACITY AND IDENTIFICATION: each suite has a maximum number of guests, which must be strictly respected. All guests must be identified in advance by sending an official ID, personal information and a selfie holding the document. The presence of persons not registered in the booking is not permitted.
KITCHEN: equipped with stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishes, intended for preparing quick meals. After use, dishes and utensils must be washed and returned clean to their place. Storing food in the shared refrigerator is not permitted — each suite has its own minibar for this purpose.
BARBECUE AND OVEN: optional use, subject to prior reservation with Namai Stays via WhatsApp (contact provided upon booking confirmation), at a rate of R$ 200.00 per day. Firewood, charcoal and other supplies are the guest's responsibility.
POOL: it is 1.50m deep throughout its entire length and has no safety fence. Use is entirely at the guest's own risk.
KEYS: in case of loss of the suite key, a fee of R$ 50.00 will be charged for replacement, with the guest being responsible for the incident.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: we are not responsible for personal items and belongings left in common areas or in the suites. It is the guest's responsibility to keep the suite locked whenever they are not present or during moments of rest and bathing.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: the guest is responsible for damage, breakage or harm caused to the property, furniture, dishes and equipment, and is subject to full reimbursement of the loss, in addition to any applicable penalties.
IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
- To receive visitors or guests not included in the booking. Upon identifying unregistered persons on the premises, we will contact the authorities, as we consider this a risk to the other guests.
- To hold parties or events, either in the common areas or in the suites.
- To use sound systems in the common areas, so as not to disturb the other occupants.
- To smoke inside the house.
- The entry of pets.
We do not host babies or children. Quiet hours must be respected from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Failure to comply with any of the rules above is subject to a fine equal to the full value of the offending guest's booking, in addition to immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
By booking our space, the guest acknowledges and agrees to all the rules described above.
