GENERAL NOTES

About the building: the apartment is located in a residential condominium with a guardhouse. Access is directly to the unit, and guests do not have access to the condominium's common or leisure areas. The parking space is included in the stay at no additional cost.

Linen: we provide a complete set of bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, and blanket) and bath towels. Sofa bed linens are available upon prior notice — please inform us in your reservation how many guests will use the sofa bed so we can prepare the apartment before your arrival.

Kitchen: the apartment includes utensils, dishes, cutlery, and pans for use during your stay. We do not provide food, seasonings, or cleaning products for replacement.

Cleaning: cleaning is carried out only after checkout. There is no cleaning service during the stay.

Voltage: the apartment's electrical network is 220V. We recommend checking the compatibility of your devices before plugging them in, especially if you are coming from regions where the standard voltage is 127V.

Wi-Fi: the network password is sent along with the check-in instructions.

Parking: the parking spot is covered and for the exclusive use of the guest during the stay. Please check your vehicle's dimensions if it is large — we can confirm the measurements before booking.
