WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT OUR SPACE

The house is located in Massaguaçu, Caraguatatuba, on the north coast of São Paulo, about 800 meters from Massaguaçu Beach—approximately a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood is peaceful, surrounded by the greenery of Serra do Mar, and has a complete infrastructure: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and seafood restaurants all within a 10-minute walk, so you don't need a car for your daily needs.

The reserved space features 7 private suites within a modern house, available for individual rental. This means other guests may be staying in the house at the same time, each in their own suite. Your suite accommodates 2 to 3 people, has a private bathroom inside the room, and includes a TV, minibar, and ceiling fan.

Areas shared with other guests: swimming pool, outdoor leisure area with loungers, umbrellas, and lounge, as well as kitchen, TV room, and dining room. The outdoor area is the main highlight of the house—spacious, sunny, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

We offer Wi-Fi throughout the house, with a router installed in the living room to serve all areas. We provide complete bed linens (sheet, blanket, and pillows) and bath towels. Suite cleaning is carried out after checkout.

IMPORTANT: breakfast is not included—but the shared kitchen is available for you to prepare your own meals. We do not offer parking, as it would compromise the common areas; the street is quiet and usually has spaces available.
